PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Dear Colleague,

I want to invite you, our members, and corporate sponsors to the 28th Annual Conference and Business Meeting of the Ontario Association of Gastroenterology (OAG). We are returning to the Beanfield Centre as we had great feedback and turn out last year. The Hotel X Toronto was a convenient conference hotel to the Beanfield Centre connecting via the SkyBridge. Once again, I want to thank all the sponsors for their support in allowing our association to continue to offer outstanding educational events to our members. 

We will cover a wide range of scientific and clinically relevant GI topics from fantastic speakers – local and national experts. Dr. Brian Feagan will be the keynote speaker on Sunday. In addition, the Sunday portion of the meeting will involve an update from the OMA Section on Gastroenterology and the Annual General Meeting of the OAG. The OAG encourages all its members to participate in this event. 

Lastly, please don’t forget to join us at the Gala and Awards Presentation on Saturday evening when we honour and celebrate Dr. Brian Feagan, with the OAG Distinguished Service Award.
