Advances in Therapeutic Endoscopy

Dr. Jeffrey Mosko is an assistant professor of medicine and a clinician in quality and innovation at St. Michael’s Hospital, University of Toronto. He is a co-director of both the advanced endoscopy fellowship and the International Course on Therapeutic Endoscopy. He is the chair of endoscopy for the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology. His clinical expertise is in both luminal and pancreaticobiliary advanced endoscopy. His research interests are in quality improvement in endoscopy.

Dr. Teshima is a member of the Therapeutic Endoscopy group at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, Canada, co-director of the ‘Toronto Live’ endoscopy conference and director of the Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship training program. His clinical interests focus on therapeutic endoscopy procedures, including endoscopic treatments (ESD, EMR and RFA) for upper GI neoplasia including Barrett’s esophagus and early esophageal and gastric cancer, POEM for achalasia and gastroparesis, endoscopic treatment of Zenker’s diverticulum, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), endoscopic resection (EMR and ESD) of large colonic polyps, as well as small bowel endoscopy including double balloon enteroscopy and capsule endoscopy.
